Refund Policy

This policy applies to services purchased from Amazon ePublishing Expert.

1. Before work starts

If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any draft or file has been delivered, you receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

2. After the first delivery

Within 48 hours of the first delivery: 66% refund (minus a 10% processing fee). Between 48 and 120 hours: 33% refund (minus a 10% processing fee). After 120 hours: no refund, but revisions continue within your package.

3. Service-specific limits

Refunds are not available once a cover is approved, narration or printing has started, a book has been uploaded to a publishing platform, or final files have been delivered.

4. Valid reasons

Refunds are granted when delivered work does not match the agreed brief. If work matches the brief, revisions will be offered instead.

5. Bundles

For multi-service packages, refunds are calculated per service.

6. Your content

Materials you supply (manuscripts, ideas and images) always remain your property. If a refund is issued, you may not use the refunded deliverables.
